Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible PRN Health Risk Assessments conducted in patients' homes in North Carolina. You will perform comprehensive HRAs, review medical history, medications, lifestyle and social factors, and conduct basic health evaluations.
You will travel locally within about 60 minutes of your home, with a minimum of eight full 7.5-hour days per month.
