Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible PRN Health Risk Assessments conducted in patients' homes across Virginia, including Staunton and surrounding counties.
Roles involve reviewing medical history, medications, and social factors, performing basic physical and mental health evaluations, and traveling locally to patients within about 60 minutes of your home. This position offers autonomy and a minimum eight 7.5-hour days per month.
