Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible in-home Health Risk Assessments in Lowell, MA. The PRN role offers autonomy, no prescribing, and a simple iPad-based EMR workflow.
You will review patient history, perform basic health evaluations, and travel within about 60 minutes of your home to Medicare Advantage members. A standard 8-day minimum per month is expected.
