Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking licensed Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) on a flexible PRN basis in Oklahoma. You’ll assess patients in their homes, document findings, and coordinate with collaborating physicians.
Ideal candidates have an active NP or PA license, can commit eight full 7.5-hour days per month, and are comfortable traveling within about 60 minutes of their home. No prescribing or on-call duties are required.
