Hueman is seeking Nurse Practitioners to conduct in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare/Medicaid members in and around Holbrook, MA. This role offers flexible scheduling, travel reimbursement, and comprehensive training.
Qualified NPs will perform non-invasive assessments, review medical histories, and document findings while avoiding treatment or prescription duties in the home. A supportive team and scheduling assistance accompany this opportunity.
