Job description
Hueman is hiring Nurse Practitioners to complete in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members in and around Bay City, Texas. This role offers flexible scheduling and the ability to control your workload by choosing when you work.
As an HRA NP you will travel to patients’ homes, perform comprehensive non-invasive assessments, review medical history, document findings, and provide basic wellness education.
