Job description
Advantmed is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to conduct structured in‑home wellness and risk‑adjustment assessments for diverse patient populations. This 1099 PRN role offers flexible weekdays with no evenings or weekends, and paid mileage.
Minimum commitment is ~30 hours per month, with daily travel within a 55‑mile radius of the assigned county. Training, onboarding, and EMR support are provided to ensure standardized visits.
