Job description
Professional Case Management is seeking an RN-Case Manager to provide in-home nursing visits for former Nuclear Weapons Workers in Indiana. You will assess, plan, and coordinate patient care with weekly visits (1–2 hours) and direct support from the clinical team.
This role offers a flexible schedule, competitive pay at $42/hour, weekly pay, and benefits including PTO, medical/dental/vision, and 401k matching. RN license required; BSN preferred.
