CRNA Opportunity - Community Hospital (Central Massachusetts)
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Active Massachusetts license and DEA required
ACLS and BLS (AHA) required
Full-time weekly availability required
Locum candidates must already hold an active license and DEA
PRACTICE SETTING: 5 MD / 6 CRNA care team model
Average daily onsite staffing: 3 physicians
5 CRNAs
2 physicians supervising CRNAs
1 physician providing direct patient care
6 ORs, 2 Endoscopy suites, 1 Procedure room
Late room coverage until 5:30 PM
Single provider coverage after 5:30 PM
EPIC EMR
Physicians currently perform all epidurals and regional blocks
CASE MIX: ~4,000 annual cases
Bread-and-butter cases including Orthopedics, General Surgery, Urology, and Endoscopy
SCHEDULE: 8-hour shifts
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday-Friday)
No call
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Community hospital setting
