Job description
Emporia Rehabilitation And Healthcare Center in Emporia, VA seeks a Speech Therapist to evaluate and treat residents in a long-term care setting. The role requires ASHA-approved credentials with state licensure and CFY completion, plus ability to work closely with the interdisciplinary team.
You will conduct evaluations, develop and document treatment plans, obtain MD orders for care, and maintain progress notes and discharge documentation.
