Job description
Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks a Nurse Practitioner to perform in-home health assessments across Greater Topeka, KS, on a flexible per-diem basis with travel.
You will conduct home visits, review medical histories, perform exams, educate patients on disease management, document findings, and coordinate with primary care providers.
Requirements:
Kansas NP license, Board Certification (Family or AG), 1+ year clinical experience, reliable vehicle; no on-call, weekends, or
