Job description

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking Nurse Practitioners with 1+ years of experience to conduct in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage patients.

This 1099 independent contractor role offers flexible hours, with compensation of $125 per assessment, plus mileage reimbursement and a $25 no-show payment; visits typically 45 minutes to 1 hour. Candidates must be a board-certified NP licensed in New Jersey with home health experience and willingness to cover three
