Hueman is actively hiring Nurse Practitioners to complete in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members in and around Lawrenceville, GA. This opportunity adapts to your lifestyle with a flexible schedule and the option to pursue supplemental income or community engagement.
As part of Hueman, you will perform non-invasive assessments in patients' homes, travel to visits, and document findings accurately while providing basic wellness education.
