Job description
Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. seeks Nurse Practitioners with 1+ years' experience to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage patients.
These are 1099 Independent Contractor roles with flexible hours (8am–8pm), home visits across 2-3 Ohio counties, and mileage reimbursement plus a $25 no-show payment. Board-certified NPs licensed in Ohio with Home Health experience preferred.
