Job description
Hueman is actively hiring Nurse Practitioners to complete in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members in and around Greencastle, IN. This role offers a flexible schedule, travel to patient homes, and comprehensive training to perform non-invasive physical assessments and educate patients on preventive care.
Qualified NPs will have a State license, national board certification, and an active BLS, with 12 months of paid advanced clinical provider experience preferred
