Job description
Hueman is actively hiring Nurse Practitioners to complete in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members around Easley, SC. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work outside a traditional clinic setting, traveling to patients in their homes while building meaningful community connections.
Qualified NPs will have a master’s degree or equivalent, an active NP license, and board certification, plus current BLS.
