Job description
Sigma Health Rehab is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a per diem role at our Carthage, NY facility. You will conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress with a focus on restoring communication and swallowing functions for residents.
