Job description
Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Santa Cruz, CA seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a flexible PRN, W2 role. You will serve as the primary therapist from evaluation through discharge, delivering in-person, 1:1 therapy in home and community settings.
Expect 15–20 hours per week across three days, with autonomy and strong collaboration with OTs, PTs, SLPs, and social workers. The position offers stability, mileage reimbursement, and no weekend shifts.
