Jackson Physician Search is helping a growing private oncology group in northwest New Mexico recruit an oncologist to join a brand-new cancer center offering comprehensive cancer care under one roof. The role offers unusual schedule flexibility with 4-day/7-on/7-off style options, minimal call, and no ER duties, while enabling work-life balance with easy access to outdoor Southwest Colorado.
Compensation includes a $500K guaranteed base with $650K+ earning potential, plus $10K/month at 18+
