Job description
Maine Academy of Family Physicians in Illinois is seeking a Family Medicine physician for a community-based outpatient role designed to expand primary care access across all ages. Flexible practice with built-in administrative time and the option to choose a strictly outpatient model or a traditional model with rounding.
The position offers a base salary guarantee, a sign-on bonus up to $100,000, relocation up to $10,000, student loan repayment up to $250,000, CME days, PTO 5 weeks, malpractice
