Upstate Family Health Center is a growing Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Utica, NY, seeking board-certified or board-eligible specialists to provide outpatient specialty consultations on a per-diem/1099 contract basis.
The available specialties include Endocrinology, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Orthopedics, and Pulmonology. The position offers a flexible schedule within a high-efficiency outpatient clinic network supported by UFHC primary care providers.
