Job description
Heartland-Aba-1 in Iowa is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community sites, supporting independence and positive behavior.
Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, are willing to learn, patient, and RBT certified prior to working. We offer paid training, flexible part-time schedules, and opportunities to advance through partnerships with BCBA programs.
