Job description
Heartland Behavior seeks seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism through in-home and community-based ABA services. Provide one-on-one interventions and contribute to individualized care plans.
RBT certification is required before working; a high school diploma or equivalent is needed. Paid training is provided, with opportunities for professional advancement within the ABA field.
