Job description
We Achieve ABA is seeking compassionate, motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or ABATs to join our growing team in New Jersey. You will work directly with children with autism under supervision of a BCBA, delivering individualized treatment plans and supporting skill development in home and community settings.
The ideal candidate is patient, energetic, and detail oriented, with reliable transportation and a commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
