Job description
One Medical is seeking a per diem clinician to support Chicago clinics, including Wicker Park, Lincoln Park, The Loop, Fulton Market and River North. The role offers an hourly wage with weekend/weekday shifts and opportunities for in-office and telehealth patient care.
You will provide primary care across acute, chronic, and well visits, collaborating with in-person and virtual teams. Illinois licensure is required or the ability to obtain it.
