Job description
Aevum Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to provide in-person primary care to adults and older adults across ALF and outpatient settings. Design a flexible schedule (1–3 days/week) with the support of an administrative team handling scheduling, billing, and credentialing.
The ideal candidate will be board-certified as an FNP with an active Virginia license, focused on chronic disease management and geriatric care, and experienced in EHRs and interdisciplinary
