Job description
Heartland Behavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in home or community settings. You will join a clinical team delivering one-on-one ABA services and implementing skill-building plans.
Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma, RBT certification, and a patient, compassionate approach. Training is provided; part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling are available to fit your life.
