Job description
One Medical, a primary care solution, seeks casual per diem clinicians to see patients in Fairfield County, CT. Roles include a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, with some tele-health when appropriate, and collaboration with in-office and virtual teams.
We require at least 2 years of primary care experience and a CT license or eligibility. Board certification in Family or Internal Medicine, or plan to obtain it within a year, is preferred.
