Job description
Always Compassionate Health is seeking dedicated, patient-focused Physical Therapists to help patients improve mobility, restore function, and achieve greater independence.
You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, monitor progress, educate on home exercise programs, and collaborate with other clinicians.
This per diem, independent-contractor role offers flexible scheduling in Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
