Job description
Genesee Region Home Care Association Inc seeks a Community Health Nurse to deliver in-home nursing care, educate patients and manage care plans for diverse clients in the Rochester area. You will perform assessments, administer prescribed treatments, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary health team.
