Honor Health Network is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Therapist for per-diem home visits in Meriden, CT. Choose your own hours and make a meaningful impact in patients’ lives.
Responsibilities include evaluating communication and swallowing needs, developing treatment plans, providing therapeutic interventions, and educating families while collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team. License required and CT home health experience preferred.
