Job description
Comfort Home Health in Nevada is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to design individualized home-based care plans and provide hands-on therapy, while collaborating with a supportive team.
You’ll conduct assessments of functional status, mobility, and home environments, educate patients and families, and document progress for physicians. We offer scheduling flexibility and opportunities for ongoing education and mentorship.
