Job description
Hartford HealthCare Rehabilitation Network is hiring a Physical Therapist to empower recovery and transform lives across our Connecticut facilities. You will evaluate patients, design personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapies within a collaborative care team of Rehab Therapists, Nurses, and Social Workers.
We welcome all experience levels; CT active or temporary license is required.
