Job description
The Good Samaritan Society in Osceola, NE is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to plan, organize and deliver rehabilitation programs for residents across post-acute, long-term care and home health settings. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with the care team.
This full-time role requires BLS certification and state licensure, with a day shift and a 30-hour weekly schedule.
