Job description
MedCap Health is seeking a Long Term Care Doctor – Post-Acute Care Physician to join our physician-led team with flexible full-time, part-time, or customized hours.
You will lead care teams in skilled nursing facilities, manage complex post-acute cases, collaborate with NPs and specialists to deliver hospital-level care in a long-term setting, and help ensure continuity, quality, and compassionate care for patients.
