Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible PRN Health Risk Assessments in-home in Othello, WA. This role allows you to set your own schedule, work autonomously, and help Medicare Advantage members improve their care.
You will complete comprehensive in-home HRAs, review medical history, medications, lifestyle and social factors, perform basic physical and mental health checks, and travel locally within roughly 60 minutes of your home.
