Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC in Newark, NJ is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare Advantage members. This PRN role offers autonomy with scheduling and no on-call duties.
You'll complete comprehensive HRAs, review medical histories and medications, perform basic physical and mental health evaluations, and travel within your county and nearby areas.
