Job description
Riverside Health is seeking a part-time PRN Float Home Health Physical Therapist in Smithfield, VA. The role involves evaluating patients, diagnosing conditions, and implementing skilled PT plans to restore function and mobility.
You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, supervise aides as needed, and maintain accurate records. Minimum 1 year PT experience and Virginia license are required; CPR/BLS within 30 days is expected.
