Job description
Varco Home Health & Hospice is seeking an experienced PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to provide Home Health visits in the Plainview/Hart area and surrounding communities. This role offers flexible PRN scheduling and local patient coverage.
Responsibilities include SOC/ROC, comprehensive assessments, medication reconciliation, and care coordination with physicians. Must hold a Texas RN license; OASIS experience preferred.
