Job description
Elara Caring is seeking a PRN Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for the Newburyport area. This part-time role offers autonomy, one-on-one patient care, and the flexibility to schedule visits as needed in patients' homes.
The RN will complete admissions, assessments, routine visits, and discharges, updating care plans and coordinating with the care team. Strong independence, driving, and home health experience are essential.
