Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking qualified Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible PRN in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage members. You’ll conduct comprehensive assessments, review medical history, and perform basic health evaluations in patients’ homes.
Travel within roughly 60 minutes of your home is expected, with company-provided iPad for documentation.
