Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare Advantage members. Work autonomously as a PRN contractor with an 8-day monthly minimum, competitive pay with incentives, and no prescribing or on-call duties.
You'll complete HRAs, review medical histories and social factors, perform basic health evaluations, and travel locally within your county and nearby areas.
