Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC in Robbinsville, NC seeks Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare Advantage members. This PRN role offers autonomy, a minimum 8 days per month, and competitive pay with incentives.
You'll document with an iPad, travel locally within about 60 minutes of home, review medical history and medications, and conduct basic physical and mental health evaluations.
