Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking qualified Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible PRN in-home Health Risk Assessments in Warsaw, IN. You’ll conduct comprehensive HRAs, review medical history and social factors, and perform basic health evaluations in patients' homes.
This role offers autonomy, no on-call shifts, and competitive pay with incentives for an independent contractor position. Training on our EMR and onboarding in 3–4 weeks are provided.
