Job description
Active In-Home Therapy is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for a PRN, W-2 role in California. You will conduct assessments, create and execute individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility and independence.
Home health experience is preferred but not required; strong clinical judgment and communication are essential. Flexible scheduling and a meaningful impact on patient lives offered.
