Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners for flexible, in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare Advantage members. This PRN opportunity offers autonomous work, a minimal monthly commitment, and a streamlined EMR system.
No prescribing, no on-call shifts, and malpractice insurance provided. Travel locally to patients within the vicinity, with 8 full 7.5-hour days per month minimum.
