Job description
Advantmed is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to conduct structured in-home wellness and risk‑adjustment assessments under a 1099 PRN arrangement. Pay is ~$100 per completed assessment plus paid mileage, with flexible weekday scheduling and no evenings or weekends.
This role requires travel within a 55‑mile radius, independent work, and strong EMR proficiency. It offers consistent visit opportunities and dedicated support teams to assist onboarding and ongoing scheduling.
