Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for a flexible PRN role to conduct in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare Advantage members. You will work autonomously, set your schedule with an 8-day monthly minimum, and receive competitive pay with performance incentives.
