Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking qualified Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) in Beaver, OK, for in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) under a flexible PRN arrangement. You’ll conduct visits for Medicare Advantage members, review histories, and perform basic health checks in patients’ homes.
