Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible in-home Health Risk Assessments in Chiefland, FL. This PRN role allows autonomous work with a company-provided iPad, malpractice insurance, and collaborating physicians.
We ask for an active NP/PA license (non-pediatric), a minimum of eight full 7.5-hour days per month, and willingness to travel within about 60 minutes of home.
